Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use ChapterDrop or place an order with us. Please read the product description, these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Using Our Store

• Provide accurate contact and order details so we can confirm payment and deliver your book.
• Use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to approve and arrange your purchase.
• Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, or unauthorized distribution of content.

Products, Prices & Payment

• We sell only e-books and digital products. Check the title, description, file format, requirements, and available sample before ordering. No physical books are shipped.
• Each product is priced in the currency shown beside it: US dollars (USD) or Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). A cart containing both currencies requires separate payments. We do not automatically convert product prices; your card issuer may apply conversion charges.
• Create an account and verify your email, or sign in with Google, to purchase. Keep your account credentials private. Your cart is saved to your account when signed in.
• We accept card payments through PayHere. Your order is confirmed only after our server verifies a successful payment notification. Returning from the payment page alone does not confirm payment.
• Card details are entered on PayHere, not on ChapterDrop. Never send card security details through support channels.
• If an item is unavailable or an order contains an error, we will contact you before proceeding. If we cancel an order that you have paid for, we will refund it to the original payment method.

Delivery & Access

• Downloads are made available automatically in My library once PayHere confirms successful payment to our server. Payment confirmation may take a few minutes; pending payments do not unlock files.
• If a confirmed payment does not provide access, contact us within 24 hours of confirmation with your order number or payment reference. Do not pay again while a payment is being checked.
• You need internet access and suitable software: a PDF reader for e-books, or software described in the product listing for other files. ZIP products must be extracted before use.
• Downloads are for the purchasing account. Access is removed if the purchase is refunded or charged back.

Personal Use & Ownership

• Purchased PDFs are licensed for your personal study or reading unless the listing states otherwise. You may save a personal copy.
• You must not resell, publicly upload, or distribute the files without permission. For example, buying one PDF does not permit sharing it with a class group.
• Book content and website materials remain the property of their respective owners. Purchasing a PDF does not transfer copyright.

Refunds

Request an eligible e-book or digital-product refund within 24 hours of the download becoming available in My library. The Refund Policy explains eligible issues and the request windows for duplicate payments and non-delivery. Approved refunds go to the original payment method used for the purchase; bank processing may take longer than 24 hours.

Study Materials & Updates

Our books are learning resources; purchasing them does not guarantee exam results or earnings. Please report incorrect descriptions or file problems so we can review them.

We may update products, prices, and these terms for future orders. Updates will appear on this page with a revised date and will not change the agreed terms of an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights under applicable law.
