This policy explains how ChapterDrop handles information when you browse our store, place an order, or contact support.

Information We Collect

• Account details: your name, email address, verification status, and a protected password hash if you sign up with email. We do not store your password as readable text.
• Google sign-in: if you choose Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email, and email-verification status. We do not receive your Google password.
• Order and billing details: selected products, currency, payment references and status, billing name, phone number, address, city, and country. These details support card processing and order records; no physical shipping takes place.
• Support messages: questions, refund requests, and screenshots or receipts you choose to send.
• Browser data: guest cart information and essential sign-in cookies. Our hosting and third-party providers may also receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, when you connect to their services.

How We Use Information

• To create and protect accounts, verify email addresses, reset passwords, save carts, verify payments, and provide purchased files in your account library.
• To answer questions, resolve download issues, and review refunds. For example, a payment reference helps us locate a duplicate charge.
• To keep necessary transaction records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Payments & Information Sharing

• We do not sell your personal information.
• Where PayHere is used, it processes your payment details under its own privacy policy. ChapterDrop does not collect or store full card numbers or CVV codes on this website; we use payment references and status to manage your order.
• Email and hosting providers process information needed to operate accounts, deliver verification and password-reset messages, and host files. PayHere receives the billing details needed for checkout. These providers may process information outside your country under their own policies.
• Google processes your sign-in if you choose that option.
• Product samples may open in Google Drive, and the website loads fonts from Google Fonts. These services may receive connection information when used.
• We may disclose relevant information when required by law or to investigate fraud or protect lawful rights.

Browser Storage & Third-Party Services

Guest carts are stored locally in your browser until removed or cleared. When you sign in, available guest-cart items are merged into your account cart, which stays saved until you remove or purchase them. The browser guest cart is then cleared.

An essential, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. A short-lived cookie protects the Google sign-in process. Browser session storage may remember the checkout page you were visiting. You can clear cookies and storage through browser settings; doing so may sign you out and clear a guest cart. Linked services may use their own cookies.

Retention & Security

We keep order, payment-reference, and support records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, resolve disputes, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable care to protect customer information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Never send your full card number, PIN, CVV, password, or one-time payment code to our support channels.

Your Requests & Contact

To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, email chapterdrop.info@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some transaction records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved disputes.
